How Will My Order be Delivered?

Jules P Home will ship your order using the quickest, safest, and most reliable delivery method possible. Jules P Home will select the appropriate dispatch method and carrier when you order. It is not possible to choose a carrier or dispatch method.

Dispatch Methods:

Small Parcel Delivery

Most products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as DPD and Royal Mail. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and tracking number.

One-Man Delivery

Some larger items will be delivered by specialist carriers such as Panther. Upon dispatch we will email you with detailed delivery instructions and an estimated delivery date. We will also provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package(s).

Dispatch Costs:

All items on Jules P Home we will ship for free to mainlaind England, Scotland and Wales. The Scottish Highlands and Islands may ioncur an extra courier fee. All fees are clearly marked in the shopping basket and throughout checkout.

Next Day Delivery

At the moment Jules P Home doesn’t offer next day delivery but it’s something we’re going to work on. If it’s really urgent you can contact us on 01254 671782 before lunchtime and we’ll try our best to get to get your order to you

Shipping to Ireland and Northern Ireland

Sorry but Ddeliveries to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are not available at the moment.

International Delivery

Unfortunately we’re not yet able to ship to Europe, Australia, the Far East, Africa, South America, Canada, or the USA at the moment but we’re working on it.
